200th Post!!!

Ok, so here it is.
I looked over and over for what I could do for my 200th blog.
Today I just realized I am glad I am still blogging.
It is by far one of the highlights of my day to read what each of you have written about yours.
Slowly we have started weaving into family to me.
Thank you so much!  Thank you to those who follow me, leave me comments and email me!

So, I thought about this passing of a new decade and what it has brought for me.
A completely new life.  You see in March 2001 I up-rooted myself from a secure job of 6yrs
moved to another state to be with DH who I was engaged to at the time.

That April we eloped. Here we are right after tying the knot in TN

One week later my birth Dad died.
(Of course we later renewed our vows in KC with family)

In Oct I applied for a sales position in Kansas City, and Christmas we moved.
So with a new Hubby, a new pup,

(so he's not a pup here, taken last yr but you still get to see him!)
and a new SUV we headed to KC to start another chapter of this life.
Along with that came a new Church, new friends, and the purchase of our first house together.
We moved into Thanksgiving weekend, and I insisted the boys (DH, my brothers, & Dad) climb on the roof to hang Christmas lights so that it would look like a gingerbread house.
(Yes, I have tons of pics but didn't have time to scan them for ya, maybe later)
With that part of our life came new jobs, new neighbors, new neighborhood.
A couple years later
We lost a my Uncle Roger and then a child, and decided it was time to come home.
So here we are back in my home state of Ky (the last 5yrs)
Since home we have 2 nephews
 Hunter                       &                   Graycen

We are still here, still together, still crazy and in love as much as ever.
So we might be 50lbs heavier together now, but doesn't that just mean you're content?

Life is good.
It's not always what we expect.  It's not always what we want.
But Life is Good.  God is still Good to Us.
There is so much more that happened, this is only some the highlights.
Below I picked 20 songs from the last 10yrs I liked.
I hope you enjoy them as well.

Happy New Year!!

Great post. It's been fun to get to know you. I love blogging for the simple fact of getting to know people you otherwise wouldn't have a chance.

(Great songs! I'm just keep them playing for awhile)
